Proposal Validity and Scope

All commercial proposals generated via Aly Suite represent a personalized recommendation based on the client’s digital needs, current business status, and desired outcomes. These proposals are prepared using Aly’s integrated tools and methodology, including CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation, and accounting systems.

Each quotation provided by Aly includes a detailed breakdown of services, pricing, and deliverables tailored to the specific client and project scope.

Binding Agreement and Documentation

The full terms and scope of each engagement are exclusively detailed in the PDF document provided by Aly’s assigned representative. This document outlines all commercial, technical, and operational conditions agreed upon with the client.

By confirming the proposal through our online system, the client agrees to the conditions described in the attached PDF, which serves as the primary contractual reference.

Customization and Execution

All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility. Custom development, integrations, or tailored configurations not explicitly mentioned in the PDF will require separate analysis and quotation.

Aly reserves the right to adjust timelines and specifications based on client response time and the provisioning of required information or access credentials.

Platform Access and Usage

The client is responsible for safeguarding the credentials provided to access Aly Suite. Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or any action that compromises the platform’s integrity may lead to suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and platform modules developed by Aly as part of the proposal remain the intellectual property of Aly, unless otherwise agreed in writing within the attached PDF document.

Final Notes

These general terms serve as a public reference. Specific terms and deliverables for each proposal are legally bound by the corresponding PDF file shared with the client. In case of discrepancies, the PDF content prevails.
